Dragon Lake Golf Terminology

Against logy:Plus One Par Match

Against par:Standard par match, based on a specified number of strokes. A comparison is drawn between the specified number and actual number of strokes for each hole. The more holes you win, the better.

AlbtrossDouble eagle, three under par

Approach:Approach。This is a short or medium iron, which is played into the green. Often referred to as an "approach shot".

Best ball:Get the ball in the hole with the least strokes. The match can be divided into groups of 1, 2 or 3 players. The fewer the strokes, the better.

Birdie:a score of 1 under per for a hole

Bogey:a score of 1 over par on a hole.

Booby:Last one in scores, also referred to as "BB", or "Consolation Prize".
